It's been a lot of fun taking a REALLY old looking house and making it our own. We spent about 2 weeks ripping off wallpaper and ugly panneling and painting over it! We haven't even begun on the basement yet! That's a whole other story! lol. It's a basement apartment and it's got way ugly shag carpet in one room and then teal carpet in another room. It's going to be a lot more work than the upstairs but since we don't need the basement right now (other than for the boys play room) we are going to save money before we start that project!! We definitely love our house!
